The Kinlochard Community Residents Association LTD. was setup as the Kinlochard Cottages Residents Association and was originally formed of the 24 forestry cottages found at the end of Kinlochard. It was then renamed to the Kinlochard Community Residents Association when it was deemed this would serve the local community more effectively.

The KCRA is a formally constituted body established to take forward the vision and aims of the Kinlochard Community Life Plan.

As a not-for-profit Company the KCRA is governed by ‘Articles of Association’ outlining the overriding purpose ‘to further the achievement of sustainable development’
